Essential Skills. - Experience preparing breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. - Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen organisation. - Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently during busy service. - Good understanding of fresh ingredients and presentation. - Experience with sandwiches, eggs, salads, healthy bowls, and daily specials. - Creative mindset with ideas for seasonal dishes and menu development. - Positive attitude and team spirit. - Able to stay calm under pressure. . What You’ll Do. - Prepare high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes with consistency. - Keep kitchen prep organised and service running smoothly. - Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times. - Help create new menu ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes. - Manage stock levels and reduce waste where possible. - Work closely with the front-of-house team for smooth service. - Bring positive energy and passion into the kitchen every dayExperiencia: Se requiereIdiomas: Español – Avanzado.
