As the first VR park in Mallorca, we combine cutting-edge technology with entertainment for all ages, delivering unforgettable moments for families, birthdays, and corporate events.. We are a young and dynamic team (average age ~26) building an innovative entertainment project in Palma de Mallorca.. What we are looking for. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Animator & Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, are passionate about technology, and want to be part of a growing and innovative project, this role is for you.. What you will do. Customer experience & operations. - Welcome and guide guests throughout their VR experience. - Explain how the VR equipment works and brief players on game rules. - Monitor game sessions to ensure safety and maximum enjoyment. - Perform basic maintenance of VR equipment and accessories. Front desk & reservations. - Assist customers with inquiries and bookings. - Manage reception and provide on-site support. Content & marketing support. - Capture photos

Requisitos

Advanced level of Spanish and English. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Interest in technology and entertainment. Availability to work weekends. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Previous experience in customer service (especially with groups or children) is a plus. Additional languages (German, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus. Basic photo/video skills for social media content are a plus.
