Undertake laboratory research, developing the assigned project in a timely and resource efficient manner, as appropriate for the research area. Supervise and train when necessary new members of the research team. Provide technical input for the development, refinement and troubleshooting of relevant methodologies. Make research initiatives and original contributions to the research programme wherever possible, and to contribute freely to the team research environment in a manner conducive to the success of the research project as a whole. Requisitos

PhD degree in Immunology or similar discipline Practical knowledge of molecular biology techniques Proven laboratory bench skills Demonstrable understanding of the research process A proven ability to analyse scientific data and make decisions based on this Ability to interpret scientific literature and incorporate into project Spectral flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting. Isolating and characterizing primary immune cells. In vivo mouse models. Proficiency in DNA/RNA isolation and quantification using RT-qPCR or ddPCR. Statistical analysis using GraphPad. CRISPR/Cas Hematopoietic stem cells functional assays. Bioinformatic skills to analyse transcriptomic or genomic datasets. Good communication skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish or Catalan is an asset
