SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Principal, Building Manager and Watchman Supervisor, the person in this position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all occupants of the buildings. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required. Some training and/or experience with building security is preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome patrons and assist them as needed. Monitor all facilities such as but not limited to exits, windows, doors, offices, gyms, pool, penthouse, filter room, boiler room, etc. Off hour monitoring of outdoor areas, including parking lots and fields. Monitor students and ensure safe and appropriate behavior. Observe and monitor internal and external traffic

Requisitos
