Overview Join our vibrant team as a Butcher Shop Assistant, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our butcher shop. Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions about products and offering recommendations. Assist with basic meat preparation, including trimming, portioning, and packaging meat products to meet customer needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment regularly. Handle food products safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations. Support inventory management by restocking shelves, labeling products accurately, and monitoring stock levels. Assist in packaging meat products efficiently for retail display or

Requisitos

Experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments is highly desirable. knife skills is a plus and knowledge of meat cutting techniques to ensure precise and safe meat handling. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to handle food products safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards. Previous experience in restaurant or culinary settings is a plus, demonstrating comfort with fast-paced environments. Basic understanding of packaging methods and product presentation to enhance customer appeal. Bilingual is a plus!!
