This is not a passive job. You’re not just setting up equipment—you are running the event. You are the energy. You are the reason the party works. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and like the idea of getting paid to make kids (and parents) lose their minds, keep reading. What You’ll Do Run foam parties, silent disco dance parties, mobile mini golf, and water tag games Set up and operate professional equipment (foam cannons, speakers, game gear) Lead high-energy, organized activities with groups of kids and families Manage events solo (most of the time) or as part of a small team for larger events No direct experience needed—never operated a foam cannon or run a silent disco party? No worries. We'll train you up. For the right person, this can grow into: Running our mobile planetarium and school programs A consistent 20–40 hr/week role starting with the next school year A full-time position as a presenter/lead operator Schedule Summer-heavy role (June–August) Mix of: Weekday camps (daytime hours) Saturday events (busy) Some Sundays Some weekday evenings Typically 5–20 hours/week, depending on availability and demand More availability = more hours Pay $25/hour Bonuses + tips on top Mor

Requisitos

100% reliability — if you say you’re booked, you’re booked Early is on time — events do not wait for you Ability to follow a dynamic schedule (times/locations change) Outgoing personality — you’re comfortable leading a group and being “on” Self-motivated — you’ll often be running events independently Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors (heat, water, long days) Your own car (you’ll travel across Chicagoland) Bonus points: Experience with kids, camps, coaching, performing, or events Comfortable on a mic / leading a crowd Clean driving record
