Requisitos

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience; veterinary or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar. Computer literacy and ability to learn veterinary software. Ability to manage emotional situations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. Genuine love for animals and commitment to client service excellence.
