Rebel Brands, a leader in the manufacturing of innovative products, is seeking two dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, keeping us at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly line tasks, product manufacturing, and inventory management. Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory control, reporting, and preparing orders. Gain hands-on experience in product assembly and production processes. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, adhering to assembly line protocols to maximize productivity. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work area. Work Hours: Full-time position. Standard schedule: 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak periods (overtime compensated). We Offer: Competitive starting pay: $18-20/hr, with annual reviews and potential for pay raises. Requisitos

Previous manufacturing experience is required. Basic computer skills/knowledge. Experience in a team-focused, assembly line style work environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
