Air Logic Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time General Administrative Assistant. The position is based out of its corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida (particularly West Kendall / Tamiami Airport area). POSITION OVERVIEW The General Administrative Assistant is involved with business office, administrative and clerical functions where needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral/written communication, computer software and word processing skills with the ability to work independently or on a team. QUALIFICATIONS & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Specifically Work and Excel. Attendance / Punctuality - consistently at work and on time Maintain proficiency in using computer as well as other office equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to, general clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing documents, scheduling and shipping, answering telephones, etc. Must have the ability to work independently and think critically; exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are required.
