Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Professional and play a key role in creating spotless, welcoming environments for our guests! In this role, you will deliver high-quality cleaning services across our Airbnb units, ensuring every space is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas Handle laundry and linen management with care and efficiency Ensure hallways and shared areas are consistently clean and well-maintained Follow all cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to meet sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs promptly and professionally Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, restocking as needed for each shift Assist with general custodial tasks, including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and light maintenance

Requisitos

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (work permit not accepted) Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and reaching Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Basic understanding of laundry operations; supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards at all times
