UTHealth Houston is seeking a Program Coordinator to work with our Academic Administration team. This is largely an administrative role within the department and works a hybrid schedule. This employee works closely with the Associate Vice President for Institutional Research, Assessment, & Accreditation and the Associate Director of Academic Administration to assist university and school leadership in coordinating academic program planning and accreditation. Responsibilities include ensuring proper implementation of processes for required review and approval through The University of Texas System (UT System), The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Requisitos

At least a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution focusing on social sciences, higher education administration, public administration, or a related field required. At least three (3) years of academic administration experience, preferably at a Texas public college, university, or health-related institution, is required. Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. Security Sensitive: This position is a security-sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code §51.215 and Texas Government Code §411.094. To the extent that a position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Texas Business and Commerce Code §117.0
