Benefits: No nights or weekends Fun and professional work environment Fully trained in-house PTO Insurance benefits Paid holidays Position Summary: As the Drug Screen Collector at, Fastest Labs of Central & South Austin, you will provide excellent customer service while performing certified drug, alcohol, and DNA specimen collections. You will also support daily office operations, including client communications, data entry, and handling telephone inquiries. The Drug Screen Collector position is ideal for someone with strong energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Part Time (up to 20 hours per week) Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No nights or weekends) What You’ll Do: Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care, ensuring a high level of customer service. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and follow scripts to schedule appointments, persuade prospective clients, and answer employment inquiries.

Requisitos

Strong communication skills: able to speak and hear clearly on the phone, read and write in English effectively, and compile call results. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office tasks. Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Comfort working with biological specimens and cleaning supplies.
