Here's the Role: LCRA is looking for its next Meter Data Analyst! As the quality control bridge between raw electricity usage and the final bill, you will act as a data gatekeeper by investigating patterns and fixing errors to ensure 100% accuracy before numbers hit the billing system. In this high-stake's role, you’ll provide wholesale billing support to ensure data for multi-million dollar invoices is "settlement quality," while also handling systems monitoring through the "remote interrogation" of meters to keep communication lines open. You’ll serve as the eyes and ears for field crews by troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating repairs, and act as a customer service liaison to translate complex data findings for wholesale customers. Ultimately, your work ensures that the substantial flow of power managed by LCRA is accurately tracked, resolved, and explained. Requisitos

One or more years of experience in data collection, data manipulation, database software, data analysis, or electric utility operations or relevant experience. A degree(s) in applied sciences, electrical power, electronics, engineering, or computer science or relevant field or equivalent experience may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
