Field Marketing Representative Be Above Media (BAM) | Austin, TX | In-Person | Hourly About Us Be Above Media (BAM) is a boutique marketing and production agency based in Austin, TX. We work with brands across multiple industries to build real, lasting relationships in the field. The Role We're hiring a Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our clients in the Austin market. You'll get out in the field, make connections, start conversations, and build the of relationships that actually move the needle. This isn't a desk job — it's for someone who thrives in person and knows how to make an impression. What You'll Do Represent client brands in the field through in-person visits, events, and outreach Build and maintain relationships with businesses, decision-makers, and key contacts Educate potential partners and customers on client services and offerings Distribute branded materials and leave a lasting impression at every stop Track activity, contacts, and outcomes and report back weekly to the BAM team Identify new opportunities and share insights from the field What We're Looking For Experience in field marketing, outside sales, brand ambassadorship, or community outreach

Requisitos

Experience in field marketing, outside sales, brand ambassadorship, or community outreach. Naturally personable — you can walk into any room and own it. Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule and route. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed). Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence. Organized and consistent with follow-through.
