Reports To: Team Leader / Food Service Manager Schedule: Hourly (Full-time or Part-time; flexible shifts including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays — 24/7 operation) Position Summary The Food Service Crew Member is responsible for executing day-to-day operations across multiple food concepts within a convenience store, including an Asian concept, a chicken concept, and Little Caesars Express. This role is hands-on, focused on food preparation, customer service, and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient operations in a fast-paced, potentially 24-hour environment. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Execution Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards for all concepts. Follow recipes, portioning, and cooking procedures for consistency and quality. Maintain product freshness, proper holding times, and food presentation. Support all stations (Asian, chicken, pizza) based on business needs. Customer Service Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers. Take orders (if applicable), assist with self-serve areas, and ensure product availability. Handle customer questions and escalate issues to the Team Leader when needed. Daily Operations

Requisitos

Previous food service experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn multiple food concepts and stations Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Strong teamwork and communication Reliability and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and procedures Sense of urgency and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8+ hours) Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs Comfortable working in a kitchen environment (heat, noise, fast pace)
