Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including calendar management and correspondence. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with bookkeeping tasks as necessary, including basic accounting functions. Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Previous experience

Requisitos

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus; familiarity with bookkeeping is advantageous. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities. Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required. Typing proficiency and strong clerical experience are essential for this role.
