You will oversee the work and performance of your team, ensuring that health and safety standards are met. You will be fully responsible for the work performed by employees under your direct supervision. Responsibilities Punctuality and proper use of time clock procedures. Maintaining a working phone for communication. Efficient use of time. Good knowledge of job assignments. Organizing and performing work in a professional and timely manner. Meeting deadlines. Working collaboratively with fellow employees. Demonstrating professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues. Wearing the provided uniform appropriately. Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Requisitos

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
