Job Title: Weekend Party Manager Location: Kidcreate Studio Greater Heights Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Friday-Sunday - Hours vary based on bookings About Us: Kidcreate Studio is a vibrant creative art studio dedicated to inspiring children through fun and engaging art activities. We offer a range of art classes, camps, and birthday parties designed to foster creativity and self-expression in kids aged 18 months to 12 years. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Weekend Party Manager to join our team! Position Overview: As the Weekend Party Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing birthday parties and special events at Kidcreate Studio. Your role will include coordinating party logistics, ensuring a fun and safe environment for the children, and providing excellent customer service to party hosts and attendees. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute birthday parties and events to ensure a memorable experience for each child and their guests. Lead tema through a predetermined art projects during parties, ensuring all children are engaged and participating. Manage party setup and cleanup, including decoration and organization of materials. Requisitos

Previous experience in childrens parties, hospitality, or childcare is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for working with children and a creative mindset. Ability to manage staff and timeline of events. Adaptable and quick thinking. Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
