Requisitos

Office administration work experience, and experience utilizing Microsoft Office software applications. Must be able to take direction and be self-reliant. Must be professional and very comfortable assisting individuals over the phone or in person. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability handle multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail. Experience with UNT's PeopleSoft Enterprise Information System (EIS) - Student Information System module.
