About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech savvy, and passionate about connecting people with jobs. Responsibilities: Create and schedule social media posts across platforms Review and edit spreadsheets and data entry Assist with testing and quality checking of the website Conduct email outreach to employers and job seekers Attend local job fairs to represent the company Troubleshoot and resolve account issues for employers and job seekers What We're Looking For: Strong written and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Basic knowledge of social media platforms Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Experience with spreadsheets a plus Reliable transportation for local job fair attendance Perks: Flexible part-time hours Work from home option Be part of a growing platform making a difference in hiring Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77084
