In order to apply, all volunteers must agree to the following Release of Liability. I hereby release and agree to not hold liable the City of Del Rio (CODR), its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims of any kind arising from my service as a volunteer and due to the ordinary negligence of the City. I further agree to the following: 1. I acknowledge that I am a volunteer for the CODR and have no expectations of compensation. I understand that the CODR may, at any time, for whatever reason, make changes in my assignment or terminate my volunteer assignment with the CODR. I understand that I may decide to sever my volunteer relationship with the CODR at any time, and notice of such a decision must be communicated in writing as soon as possible to my supervisor. 2.
