Requisitos

High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience. At least two years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience or equivalent education, training, or experience. Passing score on reading comprehension and retention assessment. Insurance carrier call center experience. Experience navigating multiple software interfaces at one time. Experience providing phone customer service in a high information environment.
