About the Job We have a part-time Barista position open at our store located inside of Gus's market in the Mission! We are looking for people who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences in a high-volume environment. This role has a rate of $19.50 - $21.50 per hour depending on experience, plus tips and benefits. What You’ll Do Working knowledge of the coffee menu, various brewing methods, and non-coffee drinks. Working knowledge of the food program, food preparation methods, ability to answer questions, and make customer accommodations regarding allergy information. Requisitos

Motivated to create memorable experiences for guests. At Andytown we believe that making genuine interactions with our customers is just as important as making delicious coffee. Commitment to honing your coffee skills and food knowledge. Ability to do repetitive work, including tamping espresso by hand. Comfortability working in a small space in close proximity to others in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds. Ability to stand up to 8+ hours every shift.
