Love meeting new people? Energized by being on your feet instead of behind a desk? We're hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent CARE, one of the world's largest nonprofit organizations, at retail and event locations across Houston. This is not a salaried job. You'll earn a weekly base plus performance bonuses based on the community support you generate. Most team members earn $600–$1,200 per week with top performers earning more. What You'll Do - Represent CARE at grocery stores, malls, and community events in Houston - Greet shoppers and have friendly conversations about CARE's work - Help supporters sign up to become monthly donors on the spot - Use a tablet to process sign-ups (no cash handled) - Work as part of a fun, energetic team **What We're Looking For** - Outgoing personality — you enjoy talking to strangers - Positive, professional attitude - Reliable transportation to your assigned site - Able to stand for 4–6 hour shifts - Spanish/English bilingual is a strong plus - No prior experience required What We Offer - Paid training — we teach you everything - Weekly pay — base rate plus uncapped bonuses - Clear path to team leader and manager roles - Indoor and climate-control
