**Job Title:** Housekeeper – Short-Term Rental Properties (Airbnb) **Location:** Miami, FL **Schedule:** 6 days/week | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Pay:** $19.00/hour **Job Type:** Part-Time | Ongoing --- **About the Role** We manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties (Airbnb) in the Miami area and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a stable, recurring position with consistent hours — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a dependable schedule. --- **Your Responsibilities** Cleaning and preparing units between guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas) Making beds and changing linens Restocking essentials (toiletries, paper goods, etc.) Reporting any damages or maintenance issues Following a property-specific cleaning checklist for each unit Occasional deep cleaning between longer stays Laundry --- **Schedule** 6 days per week (1 day off per week, flexible) Hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (5 hours/day) Consistent weekly schedule — no last-minute surprises --- **What We're Looking For** Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (Airbnb or hotel experience is a strong plus) R
