About Us We are a thriving winery and brewery located in the heart of Dripping Springs, operating since 2010 and constantly expanding. We are currently seeking a passionate, outgoing team player who shares our love for craft wine and beer. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating exceptional customer experiences, adept at telling our story, and capable of driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to join a small, energetic team that values collaboration and growth. While prior tasting room/taproom experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Set up and host wine and beer tastings Follow policies and procedures Complete projects and other duties as assigned by management Provide general tourist information Represent the company at outside events as needed Wash and polish glassware, plates, and utensils Stock and organize merchandise Promote membership clubs (commissions) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Work Location: In pe

Requisitos

Outgoing personality and ability to multitask Amazing customer service skills Knowledge of wine/beer is a plus Basic cash register and point of sale experience Professional appearance and demeanor Must be 21+ years of age Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional special events. Must be available on Saturdays from ~11-~10 pm. Smoking is not allowed on-site or at the workplace Fragrance-free workplace
