Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that our spaces are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle general janitorial responsibilities such as dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces. Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance as needed. Requisitos

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care procedures such as buffing and stripping. Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment including buffers, vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other custodial tools safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and climbing ladders if necessary.
