Position Summary: The Experiential Learning Assistant works to ensure the satisfaction and safety of all Awty students and faculty as they embark on various journeys with Experiential Learning throughout the school year. This position is usually 20 hours per week, staff year-round, with additional hours required at peak times during Aug, Sept, Feb, Mar. Additionally, the position will perform clerical duties including supporting travel arrangements, collection of student documentation, preparation of waivers and required forms, and more. The Experiential Learning Assistant will be required to learn and adapt to various software platforms used by the school

Requisitos

At least 1 year working in a school environment 4 years Experience with Excel, Google suite and PowerSchool Bilingual in English/ French or Spanish Experience with student supervision, including organization of field trips, school events, and community service projects Ability to organize, meet deadlines, and create processes for streamlining collection of data
