Job Summary This role focuses exclusively on the regulatory and administrative requirements of our construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all labor reporting is accurate, all insurance is up to date, and all certified payroll is submitted on time to prevent project delays or payment withholdings. Key Responsibilities 1. Certified Payroll & Prevailing Wage Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports (Form WH-347 or equivalent) for all active projects. Wage Verification: Monitor and verify that all field employees and subcontractors are paid. LCPtracker: Manage all data entry and compliance status within LCPtracker and other agency portals. 2. Labor Compliance (LCP) Subcontractor Management: Collect, review, and approve certified payroll submissions from all subcontractors. Compliance Audits: Act as the main point of contact for Department of Labor (DOL) or agency audits regarding project labor. 3. Project Certificates & Documentation COI Management: Track and maintain up-to-date Certificates of Insurance for the company and all subcontractors. Bonding & Permits: Organize and maintain all project-specific certifications, bonding documents,
