Requisitos

Archival Expertise: Demonstrated experience in maintaining and organizing archives, including a strong command of professional metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, and data principles. Knowledge of best practices in handling and digitization of primary source materials. Regulatory & Ethical Knowledge: Deep understanding of NAGPRA regulations and other legal/ethical frameworks governing Indigenous data and cultural items. Data Sovereignty: Working knowledge of Indigenous data sovereignty and its application to the management of historical records. Able to apply World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) protocols for Traditional Knowledge.
