Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions swiftly and efficiently Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, including stocking shelves and merchandising products for easy access Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and proper cash handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions politely and maintaining a positive attitude Promote store promotions and loyalty

Requisitos

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures is highly desirable Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail environments preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of grocery store operations including stocking, merchandising, and product demos Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
