USPI Northwest Surgery Center Red Oak is seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our team. We have 5 OR rooms and 2 Treatment rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Colon and Rectal, ENT, Gastroenterology, General, Gynecology, Hand, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings. Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Job Summary: Plans and schedules for surgical and related appointments for doctors. Manages certain functions related to Credentialing of professional staff members for the facility by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Scheduling: Maintains master schedule to ensure coordination between doctors, anesthesia, lab and insurance carriers. Requisitos

High School education and/or equivalent One year of surgery scheduling experience. Previous experience working in a hospital or ASC as a scheduler. Within the first 90 days of employment and annual thereafter, must complete EDGE training and be able to recite program objectives, key requirement, process steps and goals as outline below.
