Location: Weimar, TX Department: Planning Duration: Temporary (Approx. 3–6 months, based on workload) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Data Support Specialist to support the Planning Department with high-volume data entry and system updates. This role will focus on entering and validating planning, scheduling, and item-related data in NetSuite to help the team catch up and maintain accurate system records during a critical period. Key Responsibilities Enter and update planning, scheduling, and item data into NetSuite Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness Assist in backlog reduction of planning/system entries Maintain organized records of entered data and updates Work closely with the Planning team to ensure data aligns with production needs Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for follow-up Support other administrative tasks within the Planning team as needed Qualifications Previous data entry or administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus, not required) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic comp
