Position Description Position Overview: Successful applicants will be trained and perform Ballot by Mail (BBM) duties and responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: Mail Processing, Imaging, Correspondence, Ballot Now, Data Entry or Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other documents as directed. Assisting with the filing and storage of election records. Preparing BBM voting materials; assisting with supply handout before and supply returns after an Election. Inputting data and scanning documents into election-related programs and databases. Verifying compliance of communications, documents and forms utilized for mail voting with the Texas Election Code. Supporting other BBM teams as necessary and appropriate.
