JOB SUMMARY The Floral Designer creates and maintains beautiful floral arrangements throughout the campus, including hotel arrangements, in-house plants, and special events. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Floral Designer is expected to manage daily floral needs while also assisting with larger events and projects under the direction of the Floral Design Manager and the Director of Brand Strategy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Floral Design: Design and refresh floral displays and plants for the hotel, Trellis, Club, and other designated areas to maintain an appealing and fresh appearance. Create single arrangements and large floral displays for special occasions, including guest requests and room decorations. Assist in creating seasonal specials for online sales and marketing. Assist or lead floral workshops as needed. Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Floral Design Manager to develop and assist with event proposals and planograms for in-house and external projects. Requisitos

5 years’ experience in floral design, event coordination, or related field. Strong creativity and knowledge of floral arrangements and plant care. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to budgets and deadlines. Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes. Able to work independently and proactively solve issues as they arise. Ability to lift flowers, arrangements, and supplies, and stand for extended periods. Must work safely and adhere to health and safety regulations. Able to climb on ladders to install décor. Able to pick up 50 lbs. Able to push carts uphill to the Club and Trellis
