Job Summary- Alpha7 Protective Services is seeking dependable and professional Seasonal Flex Security Guards to support our sites during peak seasonal periods. This is an on‑call, as‑needed position ideal for officers who want flexible hours while providing reliable coverage for call‑offs, special events, and high‑demand days. Position: Seasonal Flex Security Guard Employment Type: On‑Call / As‑Needed Location: Chicago, IL (multiple sites) Key Responsibilities- Provide professional security coverage when called for open shifts, call‑offs, or seasonal staffing needs. Maintain a strong security presence and follow all post orders. Conduct patrols, monitor access points, and observe/report site activity. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports. Communicate effectively with supervisors and site staff. Represent Alpha7 with professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic. Requirements- Must be 21 years or older. Valid PERC required; FOID and Armed Certification required for armed posts (if applicable). Prior security experience preferred. Must be available for short‑notice call‑ins and weeken
