Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our uBreakiFix team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions such as device repairs, accessories, and protection plans. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience from check-in to checkout Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services (repairs, diagnostics, protection plans) Promote and sell accessories, add-ons, and service upgrades to maximize revenue Accurately check in devices and document their condition Communicate repair timelines, pricing, and expectations clearly Follow up with customers on repair status and completed services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area Handle transactions, including cash, credit cards, and financing options Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals (ATC, conversion rate, etc.) Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience

Requisitos

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (electronics or wireless a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and electronics Comfortable with sales targets and performance metrics Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
