The Entry Level Assistant will learn team development while championing AT&T's products to customers and providing excellent customer service. As an Entry Level Assistant, you inspire a team dedicated to introducing families to the power of AT&T Fiber. The Entry Level Assistant cultivates a high-performance culture by celebrating wins, providing constructive feedback, and removing obstacles, directly fueling their team's morale and success. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Help AT&T Customers with enrollment services, questions, and helping with any needs. Lead the AT&T Fiber efforts by guiding community‑based engagement that showcases Fiber’s performance advantages for Chicago households. Provide residents with AT&T product knowledge that will best suit their households. Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process from start to finish.

Requisitos

This is not required but would help: experience supervising or mentoring sales staff roles, performance tracking, and structured skill development. Leadership presence built on reliability and results, capable of setting expectations and maintaining team alignment with residential sales goals. Ability to navigate sales platforms and reporting tools to oversee team funnels and ensure documentation accuracy across all enrollments.
