Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support the Tool Room Manager by handling administrative and operational tasks related to vendor coordination, reporting, budgeting, and inventory tracking. This position plays an important role in ensuring the tool room runs efficiently by maintaining accurate records, monitoring job costs, and assisting with purchasing and inventory control. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM Weekends on call. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Tool Room Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. Requisitos

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous administrative, purchasing, or inventory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of budgeting, reporting, or job cost tracking is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
