Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with business customers regarding their AT&T accounts Assist with account updates, service changes, and general inquiries Help identify areas where services may need adjustments based on business needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates Follow up with business clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience Work alongside team members to support daily operations and client needs
