Requisitos

Proven experience as a barista or in coffee preparation with strong knowledge of coffee industry standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality or service Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures in a café or retail environment Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
