Responsibilities Greet customers nicely and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and delivery to ensure timely service Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy work

Requisitos

Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurants Familiarity with POS systems ; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, upselling techniques, and sales-driven interactions Kitchen or café experience is a plus; familiarity with grocery store operations or retail math is beneficial
