Requisitos

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a salon or similar environment Strong computer literacy with skills in Canva, Booking software, and Google Sheets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities Personal assistant or office assistant experience is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and bookkeeping is advantageous Ability to handle multiple responsibilities confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to manage and lead with confidence and kindness is a must Communication and problem solving
