Advocate Program, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Domestic Violence (DV) Assessor to provide high-quality assessments and help connect individuals to the services they need to break the cycle of violence. About the Role As a DV Assessor, you will: Conduct a minimum of 30 domestic violence assessments per week. Complete psychosocial evaluations using standardized assessment guidelines. Administer additional screens as needed and screen out inappropriate referrals. Prepare clear and timely reports for the batterer’s intervention program, courts, and probation. Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Must be bilingual in English & Spanish. Experience conducting assessments and using standardized assessment tools. Excellent interviewing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and challenging cases. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology and remote service delivery. Knowledge of intimate partner violence and its impact preferred.
