Duties & Responsibilities: Feeding, watering, and providing general care for animals in the kennel. Cleaning kennels, cages, and inside play areas including removing waste and debris outside and inside. Keeping animals active to ensure they get sufficient physical activity. Monitoring the health and behavior of animals and reporting any concerns to a supervisor. Administering medications or treatments as directed by a veterinarian or supervisor. Note: It's important for kennel workers to have a love and understanding of animals, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. They should also be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to handle animals of all sizes and temperaments. Work hours are: Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requisitos

Education: high school or equivalent (Required). Experience: kennel tech.: 1 year (Required). Ability to Commute: Houston, TX 77018 (Required).
