Position Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Technical Documentation Assistant & Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This role involves carefully disassembling and reassembling computer hardware while documenting each step through clear, organized photo capture for augmented reality (AR) and internal use. In addition, this position will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Operations, helping keep workflows organized and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Technical Documentation (Primary Focus): Disassemble and reassemble computer hardware with precision and care Photograph each step of the process in a clear, consistent, and organized manner Ensure all components are handled delicately, including small and sensitive parts Maintain accurate visual and written documentation for internal and AR use Organize and label files for easy retrieval and use by the broader team Follow detailed processes and contribute to improving documentation workflows Administrative Support: Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational tasks Manage schedules, task tracking, and internal coordination Prepare documents, repo

Requisitos

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate components Comfortable working with computer hardware (hands-on experience preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Highly organized with strong time management skills Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities Strong communication skills and reliability Preferred Skills: Experience with technical documentation or step-by-step process recording Basic understanding of computer components (motherboards, GPUs, cables, etc.) Experience organizing large volumes of photos or digital assets
