The incumbent will lead the operational success of the Mobile Library Services Unit, which includes multiple Bookmobiles and Techmobile, ensuring quality service delivery through strategic planning, effective route planning, and scheduling. In this role, the incumbent provides essential field leadership by coordinating daily outreach operations, proactively managing schedules, and executing Mobile Library Services routes. These responsibilities include prioritizing effective service delivery at both regular stops and special events. Additionally, duties include coordinating the daily operational activities of the Mobile Library Services Unit, including developing comprehensive weekly and monthly schedules and proactively managing route logistics. Serve as the designated Person-in-Charge during field operations, spending a significant portion of the workweek on-site to monitor service quality and ensure adherence to institutional standards. Requisitos

Bachelor's degree. One year of experience in library, outreach, public relations, or customer service is required. Additional experience in library, outreach, public relations, or customer service may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license.
