Learn more about this agency This job is open to The public U.S. Citizens, Nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Duties Provide administrative advice to division, branch supervisors and employees on personnel matters such as leave, overtime, performance appraisals/standards, awards, etc. Assist management in the implementation of new or revised logistics programs within the division. Review documentation prepared for personnel actions and assure completeness and adequacy of information. Assist with human resource management for the Division by tracking and initiating civilian personnel actions. Monitor civilian training to ensure division personnel are up to date on mandatory training requirements. Prepare reports using programs and databases such as Defense Medical Human Resource System internet, Employee Management Processing and Recruitment System, Defense Travel System, Defense Civilian Personnel Data System. Requisitos

Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
