Requisitos

One (1) year of experience in a customer service, public contact or office support position. Education and/or training in a field related to the position may substitute for the experience on a year for year basis. Knowledge of: Standard office administrative practices and procedures including computer applications and software related to the work of the department. Business mathematics and financial record keeping and report production. Ability to: Understand and follow oral and written instructions; make decisions in routine procedural matters. Exercise good judgment while working within the guidelines of established policies and procedures. Enter data into and operate a computer terminal.
