Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bond Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced work environment. The Bond Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring we get defendants released promptly. This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring speed and accuracy in contract production, and document execution. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, making it ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Vet potential bonds, process contracts, and sensitive documents in a quick and timely manner. Help maintain records and assist in accounts receivable and filing. Maintain a clean and organized office area. Manage calls alone once or twice a week while on call. Communicate effectively with team members and the company owner to enhance client satisfaction. Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Experience Previous clerical experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be available on some weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others and under pressure are required.
